Help is available.
If you are feeling down or distressed, there is help available. Whether you have relationship issues, are concerned about substance use, or just have too much going on, you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself! There is mental health help available to you online.
One good option is an Alberta-based website called Kickstand that provides free, virtual mental health services to young people across the province. You can sign up for a virtual, walk-in appointment with a Kickstand mental health counsellor.
Virtual Walk-in Appointment
Open up to someone who can understand what you are going through. Kickstand has peer support workers from different backgrounds and have their own experiences with mental health or substance use challenges. They are trained for virtual walk-in appointments, on a first come, first-serve basis, and can offer you emotional support and connections.
Virtual Walk-in Employment Services
Finding a job or choosing the right educational course can be challenging. If you are looking for support, Kickstand’s walk-in employment services might just be what you need!
