Learn about voting in government elections.
Create change by voting in Elections! If you are over 18 and have ID, you can vote in municipal (city/town), provincial (Alberta) or federal (Canada) elections. Here is some excellent voting information from BearPaw Media and Education:
- Bring your ID
- Vote at your nearest polling station based on your address on elections day
- Make a plan to vote at advanced polling stations
- You can pre-arrange at home service if you have limited mobility
